Atley was the 2022 Virginia State Champion and the 10th ranked Bandolero Outlaw driver in the nation.

Currently he drives an INEX Legend Car with Dillon Spain Motorsports and an NASCAR Pro 6 with Tommy Spencer Motorsports.

Atley owns and operates Intensity Broadcasting. When he's not driving, you can find him behind a microphone announcing racing and other sporting events.
